Flags are not all born equal, cheaper mass produced flags printed on thin fabrics made from unspecified man made fabrics are not designed for continuous periods of ‘allweathers’ external display. Colours will quickly fade and the ravages of wind and rain will quickly damage the flag.

We are pleased to promote this high quality, hand sewn, hand finished Union Flag which is made right here in the U.K.

Manufactured using high grade Ministry of Defence approved 155gsm woven flag material, this fabric offers excellent durability as used by the Navy and other military branches for many years.

Each flag is finished by hand with a headband rope and toggle as standard, ready to attach directly to a flagpole. The three exposed sides of the flag are finished with a strong double hem and a triple sewn hem on the fly edge for extra durability. This flag also incorporates anti-fray edge tape. Different colours are individual sewn panels rather than the inferior printed technique.
