Principally of wooden construction with painted decorative finishes to the interior, externally the dolls house has printed brickwork effect walls with painted windows, printed slate effect roof. 
The front elevation of the house is hinged on the left side allowing full access to the ground and first floor and second floor.
This is a well cared for, previously owned, quality vintage item with signs of light play wear including some missing brickwork finish to the front elevation each side of the porch (this has been retouched in selected areas to blend with the brickwork, the entire printed brickwork area could be replaced with a fresh version available to buy on line ).
