Detached house arranged over three floors (ground = lounge, hall, kitchen/dining, first floor = bedroom, landing, bathroom, second floor/attic = 2 bedrooms, landing).
Principally of wooden construction with papered decorative finishes to internal walls and floors and fabric soft furnishings to selected windows. Externally the dolls house has printed brickwork effect walls with painted quoins, windows, pilasters and balustrade, wooden tile effect roof. 
The roof is hinged at the ridge line to help facilitate access to the second floor, the front elevation of the house is hinged at both sides and divided in the middle to allow access to the ground and first floor.
This is a well cared for, previously owned, quality vintage item with some signs of light play wear and sun fading including some missing brickwork finish to the front elevation each side of the porch (this could be disguised with planting). 
The buyer may choose to leave the house in its current state, undertake a makeover of the house to a more current decorative style or selectively opt to undertake minimum touch-in repairs to current finishes.
