All dressed for Halloween in our photographs … this impressive high quality vintage large format American Victorian Mansion dolls house is more than 4 feet wide and more than 3 and a half feet tall (133cm long x 64cm deep x 116cm high).
Manufactured by Dura-Craft and hand built by its previous owners in Canada, the dolls house is complete with the exception of internal finishes/decoration and furnishings. 
Flown across to the UK in assembled state at considerable cost, it includes individual wood shingles to the roof, low voltage lighting, some floors are finished with wood laminate, internal walls are painted, stairs and doors present. The sale also includes an accompanying box of further materials for decoration and finishing. The temporary Halloween themed decorations will be removed ahead of sale.
As with all dolls houses, parents should satisfy themselves of the appropriateness, safety and age suitability of the item if children are left unsupervised. It contains small loose and parts which could be a chocking hazard, adult supervision is recommended.
This example is one of the largest kit form dolls house products available, they retailed throughout the 1980’s/1990’s, some retailers sold the diy kits for more than £1200.00.
Offered in good clean condition this dolls house doesn’t have any signs of historic play, it most probably belonged to and was cherished by a collector.
